I have walked this path myself

My name is Natalia. For more than three years I have helped people move out of stagnation to a place where they feel alive, whole and strong.

I bring together what is usually kept apart: the precise tools of ICF-standard coaching and deep work with energy and the unconscious. So the work happens on the level of mind, body and field at once, and the changes last.

I did not come to this work from theory

My path began with my own search for answers.

I too went through times when the usual ways of coping with life stopped working. Loss of meaning, depression for a year and a half, debts of more than 100,000 zloty. Rational understanding was no longer enough, and inside I already felt: I don’t want to go on the old way.

I began to study the human being more deeply: thinking, the unconscious, coaching, states, energy, systemic processes and sacred practices.

Step by step I saw what has become the foundation of my work today: a person cannot be divided into separate parts.

  • You can’t work only with a goal and ignore the state.
  • You can’t work only with an emotion and ignore the decisions.
  • You can’t change your outer life without noticing your inner patterns.

This is how my own approach and the “Universal Order” method took shape.

Today I join the rational tools of coaching with deep work with the unconscious, your state, and systemic and energetic processes.

It is not important to me to change you.
It is important to me to help you come back to yourself and, from that state, create the life that is truly yours.

How the work went

We worked gently but deeply, cleansing and rebuilding the client’s energy structure:

  • Entry point: an open group meeting, a safe space where the client dared to take the first step towards recovery.
  • 3 energy therapy sessions: deep cleansing of the energy centers (chakras), which had been literally blocked by past experience.
  • Energetic separation: the client was fully disconnected from destructive “hooks” and attachments to her former partner, which had drained her strength for years.
  • Field protection: we built and strengthened her personal energetic boundaries so that outside manipulation could no longer harm her.
What changed in real life 3 months later

The energy that used to go into holding the pain was freed and went into the blossoming of her feminine nature. The change is visible even from the outside:

  • Connection with the body: the physical stiffness and shame are gone; she began to feel and express her sensuality and magnetism again.
  • Inner foundation: from a depleted, tired woman she became a stunning, vibrant, confident person who knows her worth.
  • A new direction: a lively interest in life, dates, clothes and, most of all, in herself.

The case that didn’t happen: the cost of an ignored signal

Request
An entrepreneur’s new business project kept sliding into the red. Sales were hard and clients didn’t stay, despite all the effort and investment.
What surfaced in the session
Tension inside the partnership and unclear agreements from the start, which were blocking the project’s money flow.
Outcome
The recommendation to rethink the partnership was not taken, and a few months later the project closed.

  • Deep work with the project’s field: we took the business apart in detail to see where the money energy was blocked.
  • Partnership analysis: it became clear that the partners’ real contributions and motives differed from what had been agreed at the start.
  • Recommendation: rethink the make-up of the partnership and talk the financial side through honestly with each partner.
  • Reaction: facing a possible betrayal by a close partner is very frightening. The client decided not to change anything.
  • 3 months later: the project never got out of the red and was closed.

Sometimes a session shows what is hard to accept. The decision about what to do with it is always yours.

Is the call really free?

Yes. 15–20 minutes, no obligations. We will look at your request, and I will tell you honestly how I can help.

I don’t understand what is happening to me. Can I just come with that?

Yes. You don’t need to put the problem into the right words beforehand. On the call we will try together to understand what is happening now and where it makes sense to start.

How do I know which method suits me?

You don’t need to work this out on your own. We start with your request and only then choose the most fitting tool.

What actually happens during a session?

Depending on the format, we may talk, explore the situation, work with your state, body sensations, unconscious processes or systemic dynamics, go into your inner world and build an updated scenario for action.

How do sessions work?

Online, by video call, from anywhere in the world.

Do I need to believe in energy therapy and constellations?

No. You can approach these methods with interest or with skepticism. What matters more to me is your readiness to explore your own experience and notice the changes.

Does this replace a psychologist or a doctor?

No. This is work with thinking and energy, and it does not replace medical or psychiatric care.

Can I come with a business request?

Yes. We can work with scaling, a financial ceiling, burnout, decision-making, visibility, a change of professional direction and other situations where your personal state affects your business. We can also explore your business or project as a separate organism, together with all its parts (you, your team, partners, product).

Which languages do you work in?

Russian, Ukrainian and Polish.

How many sessions will I need?

For one specific request, one session is sometimes enough. For systemic change, ongoing support with 5 sessions works better. I will tell you more precisely on the call.

Is it confidential?

Yes, everything you share stays between us.

How do I pay?

In Polish zloty. We will agree on a convenient payment method on the call.
